Accommodation
The tournament provides accommodation recommendations for players and coaches. Contact the tournament office for the official hotel list and preferred rates negotiated for tournament participants.
Transportation
Open Tennis Valley is located in Mogyoród, approximately 25km from Budapest city centre and 30km from Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport. Free parking is available on site.
On-Site Catering
Meals and refreshments are available on site throughout the tournament. A dedicated player dining area is provided for competitors and their teams.
Practice Courts
Practice courts are available for players throughout the tournament week. Courts can be booked through the tournament desk. All practice courts are clay surface, matching the match courts.
Medical & Physio
On-site medical and physiotherapy services are available to all players during tournament hours. Emergency medical support is present throughout all match days.
Tournament Office
The tournament office is open daily from 08:00 to the end of play. All player inquiries, sign-in, and scheduling can be handled at the desk located at the main entrance.
